Bryttanie Glasmeier is the passionate heart behind Wild & Rooted Beauty Bar. As an experienced esthetician and dedicated business owner, she has built a space where anyone can feel confident, sexy, and completely themselves. 

Bryttanie believes beauty is more than a service—it’s an experience—and she pours that philosophy into every client she touches.

Her specialty? Helping people reconnect with their confidence through personalized, high-quality beauty services delivered with care, intention, and a little bit of glam.

Outside the studio, Bryttanie is a proud wife to Kyle and mom to Jordan, Teegan, Karsyn, and Hunter, who inspire her drive and her love for creating a life rooted in strength, beauty, and authenticity.

 Morgan is a Central Coast stylist with a passion for healthy, beautiful hair and a whole lot of heart.
Born and raised in Atascadero, she believes deeply in healthy, sustainable beauty. She has trained and mentored extensively with Hatori Hanzo, Calura, Kevin Murphy, Davines, and Oligo, and she’s proud to work exclusively with organic, clean-focused products. Blonding is her specialty, and she has invested countless hours into advanced education to ensure every client leaves with hair that’s bright, safe, and truly healthy—because in her chair, it’s healthy hair only.

When she’s not in the salon, you’ll usually find her with an iced coffee in hand, music up, and off on a spontaneous road trip. She loves to explore, learn, and connect—and she can’t wait to welcome you into her chair soon.

 Missy is a Central Coast native, her journey into cosmetic tattooing began in 2017 after winning a set of micro bladed brows at a local car show. The transformation was so impactful, it stayed with her—she couldn’t stop thinking about how something so subtle could completely change the way you see yourself. That experience ultimately inspired her to pursue brow artistry as a career.

She specializes in creating soft, natural brows designed to enhance each person’s unique features—women and men alike, because everyone deserves to feel confident in their appearance.

When she's not bringing natural brows to the central coast, she's a happy wife. She and her husband spend much of their time traveling across the state for dance competitions, doing what they love together.

 Kristy is bringing over 11 years of experience in the beauty industry. She specializes in precision cuts, shags, long layers, and scalp + hair rejuvenation.

Her approach is rooted in connection and intention — creating a personalized experience for each client that feels both relaxing and restorative. Kristy loves when her clients leave feeling so at ease they could fall asleep in her chair… that’s when she knows she’s done her job.

Outside of the salon, you’ll find her hiking with her dog Zephyr, exploring herbal remedies, and embracing a slower, more grounded lifestyle.

With a focus on healthy hair and personalized results, Kalia strives to deliver looks that are both effortlessly beautiful and easy to maintain.

Her goal is to help every client feel confident, refreshed, and truly their best while providing a comfortable and welcoming salon experience. Kalia values building genuine relationships with her clients and believes that trust, communication, and attention to detail are the foundation of exceptional service.

Outside of the salon, Kalia enjoys shopping, spending time with family and friends, and taking in the beauty of a sunset. Her warm personality and positive energy help create an enjoyable experience for everyone who sits in her chair.

Ava has always had a passion for helping people feel confident and look their best. She specialized in men's haircuts and short hairstyles, creating looks that are both stylish and easy to maintain.

When she's not behind the chair, Ava enjoys spending time with friends, exploring the outdoors, and staying active. She's also a huge animal lover and enjoys spending time with pets whenever she can. 

Ava believes every haircut should be tailored to the individual and strives to create a comfortable, welcoming experience for every client.
